In 1902 a French researcher invented the first stimulation machine, which he used successfully to treat muscle atrophy/paralysis. More research followed and 70 years later two Russian scientists, Kotz and Chwilon, proved the outstanding results of muscular stimulation on human beings. Their experiments showed a 30-40% increase of muscular strength with minimal physiological and mental efforts in a short period of time. Back then EMS training was mainly used in therapy for the treatment and rehabilitation of muscle atrophy and muscle imbalance and in professional sports to improve performance.

Research studies from the Bayreuth University in Germany report the following results after a 6-week training program with EMS:

The effectiveness of EMS training is 18 times higher than a conventional workout.

20 minutes of EMS training is as effective as a 3 x 60 minutes of strength training sessions.

Over 30% of the subjects reported their recurring back problems had disappeared.

75% showed improvement with incontinence problems, while 33% of those were cured of it altogether.

Overall maximum strength ability increased by 12% while endurance/fitness levels improved by 69%.

On average, 85% of people tested felt an improvement of their body shape and 90% ranked the EMS training method as positive.

Training with higher intensity produced effective results, especially with subjects who suffered from recurring pain and other ailments.

EMS can decrease subcantaneous body fat while increasing muscle mass

The study clearly shows that after 16-18 electro muscle stimulation sessions the muscle mass and the subcutaneous body fat have significantly changed. The average reduction in Body Part Circumferences was 4-6%, an equivalent to a 3.8 cm (1.5 inch). More surprising were the results of the Skin Fold Measurements. The average reduction in skin fold was 30-50 %, an equivalent to 9-11 mm (6/16 inch). Given the fact that skin fold measurements are the most accurate way to measure subcutaneous body fat, we can conclude that with the Electro Muscle Stimulation one is able to reduce overall body fat.

EFFICIENT BODY TONING

Full-body EMS training is a highly effective and time-efficient training method for increasing muscle strength and mass whilst simultaneously reducing body-fat. A training session lasts just 20 minutes and is always conducted by a qualified trainer who monitors the training and its success.

Once a week is sufficient for reliably achieving individual goals, with its effectiveness proven in numerous scientific studies. Training should take place on an agreed date. Ideally, once a week – for 20 minutes!

This means that EMS training can be regularly scheduled and personally monitored by both sides. Week after week, this provides a significant training stimulus, which guarantees to help you reach your goal as efficiently as possible.

Muscles are made of extremely fine fibres which can be classified as slow-twitch and fast-twitch muscle fibres.

Fast-twitch muscle is relatively easy to build with consistent training, and it characteristically leads to a toned body.

However, to activate these muscles one would need to train at a load heavy enough to become out of breath, and therefore requires hard training.

EMS allows an approach which targets fast-twitch muscle even under a slight load, and therefore it can more easily lead to a change in appearance.

    Will my order get to me without any issues?

    We use USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx and DHL for deliveries inside the United States and abroad. All of our shipments leave the United States and will likely spend time in the customs for the country where the shipment arrives. We cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, shipments may spend anywhere from one to three days in customs.IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order according to your country. Ship to USA, EUROPE and AUSTRALIA, Basicaly you do not have to pay any fee of duties.
